Shipping?

Shipping is available for all states. We try our best to ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Our preferred shipping method is USPS OR UPS shipping time may take 2-5 business days. For more information contact us via email.

How do preorders work?

If a style has “preorder” it means its not in stock and will be put under production. Preorders items can take anywhere from 14-21 days, once it arrives it ships under 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind all shoes are hand made in Mexico and this waiting period is just an estimate. Shoes need to be put under production and shipped from Mexico. 

 

 

How to take care of silver ?

 Dry silver is happy silver.

Silver does not do well with most water we’re exposed to that’s not purified. It’s best to keep silver dry avoid:

Shower

Swimming pool

Hot tub

Hot springs

Bonus: Chemicals in makeup and lotions can also cause tarnish to your jewelry.

Do not leave silver out in humidity. It’s best to keep in bags. Air exposure can tarnish your jewelry. It’s best to keep silver individual in air tight bags (like ziplock bags / other )

I included a polish cloth to keep your jewelry polish 💕

 

 

Are half sizes available?

Shoes do not run in half sizes. Due to our huaraches being premium leather, they mold to your feet. Our recommendations if you wear half size would be for example size 7.5 size down to 7. If you have wide feet we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Huaraches do stretch about a half size after being broken.

Returns?

We won't accept exchanges or returns if shoes are worn or signs of use. Out of state orders are responsible for shipping costs.
